Workshop Management Platform: A Designer-Led Approach
I spearheaded the design and development of a dynamic workshop management platform, used to create and manage both online and offline workshops. This system has scaled significantly, achieving more than 600K customer registrations and facilitating over 1200 workshops. My role involved overseeing the entire product design lifecycle, from research to final execution, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal users and customers.
Product Overview:
The platform supports two key types of users:
Internal Users (Employees): Employees use the internal dashboard to create workshops, manage customer registrations, set up automations, and view comprehensive analytics.
External Users (Customers): Customers register via a landing page and attend automated workshops, receiving pre-scheduled communications and updates throughout the process.

Key Features of the Platform:
Workshop Creation & Automation: Through the dashboard, internal users can create workshops with ease, including the ability to upload and segment pre-recorded workshop videos. For online workshops, the platform allows users to divide recordings into segments (e.g., introduction, Q&A), while tracking customer attendance in real time.
Customer Registration & Communication Automations: Customers register through custom landing pages. Automations such as WhatsApp messages, emails, and call recordings are triggered automatically, ensuring timely reminders and updates to participants.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: The platform provides detailed analytics on customer behavior, including website visits, landing page conversions, and workshop engagement data. It also tracks the performance of marketing campaigns, helping businesses optimize their outreach efforts.
Cross-Selling During Workshops: The platform enables real-time cross-selling of additional products and courses during workshops. It tracks purchases made by customers during the event, offering direct insights into conversion rates.
Automated Reports & CRM Integration: After each workshop, automated reports are sent to stakeholders via email and WhatsApp, providing key metrics. Attendees are also automatically imported into the CRM for post-workshop sales follow-ups, helping the sales team convert leads into customers.

My Contributions:
End-to-End User Experience: I designed and implemented the entire user experience for both the internal dashboard and the customer-facing workshop platform. This included user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to ensure a smooth and engaging interface.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Product Vision: I conducted stakeholder interviews, gathered product requirements, and played a key role in determining feature priorities. Half of the product ideas were initiated by me, driving innovative solutions for workshop creation and automation.
Team Leadership & Product Execution: Managed a team of developers to translate the product vision into a fully functional, scalable platform. My focus on the design process ensured alignment between user needs and business goals.
Automation & Scalability: I designed automation workflows for communications, segmenting workshop recordings, and CRM integration, resulting in a scalable, hands-off approach to workshop management.
